Welcome to 2018! While they are testing 8k live tv over there in Japan, we're getting another live (yes, here comes the evil word) "DVD". PAL DVDs have the same technical resolution as color tv shows in the 1960s. It's not only that the screen resolution is much lower but Blu-Ray would offer far better sound options. Would you pay more if you could get a Blu-Ray disc instead of a DVD?
