TUESDAY UPDATE #2: Yes, The Per Gessle Archives is coming your way.
I've been digging deep into my catacombs of hidden gems and came up with a surprisingly easygoing bunch of old friends. Half of them almost forgotten, all of them very dusty. But now it will be there for the world to sip. Two sugars, please!
The physical box is almost done (Pär Wickholm in charge) and it will be stunning. Digitally, there will be comments by me (interviewed by Sven Lindström) on each and every track. We've had lots of laughs doing this.
The booklet is also very cool. Pictures from the past etc + long interview about the songwriting of mine and if that's not enough for your crazy Rox-heads…how about this:
In September there will be two books published. One with my English lyrics and one with the Swedish ones. They're like siblings. Different but with same parent.
Both of them holds about 200 lyrics each + handwritten originals + facsimiles from my old Facit Privat typewriter + drawings + comments from my studio diaries etc etc.
I'll let you know the titles very soon.
