This is Per charging up Chris right before his solo outburst in "Doesn't Make Sense". Have you noticed this procedure? Chris is seeking eye contact with Per, Per then looks deep into his eyes for several seconds, sometimes repeatedly a few times, until Chris is starting to blend into his other stage personality.
