Han har gått direkt från soffan till att träna som en elitorgeltist med sikte på att cykla till Paris med Team Rynkeby för Barncancerfonden . Så i helgen har han suttit på en spinning cykel i 4 timmar??. Själv så har jag jobbat rent allmänt på mitt #hunk2016 koncept . Med passet nedan. Jobbigt nog?.
