The Swedish news papers have written a lot about Per Gessle being sued. Well, actually it isn’t Per himself who is sued, but Hotel Tylösand which he owns.

Here’s a bit more information on the case. Tylöhus art gallery had rented a room near the hotel entrance for every summer since 1954, but two years ago they didn’t get that room anymore. They were told that the hotel needs the room for a new office. However, the room was never turned into an office as Per started his own gallery there.
