Marie celebrated with 100+ guests

Aftonbladet has an article on Marie’s birthday party at Villa Pauli, Djusrholm island outside Stockholm. There were 119 invited guests, including Per, Anne-Lie Rydé, Eva Dahlgren, Niklas Strömstedt and Marie’s neighbour, ex-Abba Björn Ulvaeus.

The article tells about a crisis in her life in 1991-92. During the Joyride tour she felt herself very lonely. “Yesterday that seemed to be blown away”, Aftonbladet tells. Marie says visiting a therapist helped her. “Behind the Roxette’s shiny image I was just a normal human being”, Marie had said in a TV interview according to Aftonbladet.
