Marie released "Min bäste vän" in 2006, which features Marie’s personal interpretations of her favourite songs from the 60’s and 70’s, songs she grew up with, such as "Sommaräng" (originally by John Holm), "Här kommer natten" (Pugh Rogefeld) or "Vem kan man lita på?" (Hoola Bandoola /Mikael Wiehe).
