Per should re-use "Elvis in Deutschland"

Still under the influence of this great song and I think Per should re-use the melody with romantic type of lyrics, in a Roxette environment. In the actual format the lyrics doesn’t fit the melody and in my opinion it would be such a pity to keep such a wonderful melody in the drawer.

Yes, it sounds like a melancholic interpretation of the lyrics. A nice alternative to the “Let’s celebrate”-Version, which is the total opposite. And to me it only makes sense in connection with the original-version. I don’t think that there is a need to change or re-use anything here.

To me the melody isn’t romantic but sad. I get the feeling that Elvis wasn’t too happy in Germany and just felt lonely and alone. Great song though.
