The Name, the “sensational” headline, the lack of more specific information and the statistics lead me to the conclusion that this person wants to cause something controversal...

I don’t think it happens,I think M P get bored of eachother and of making music together,as I see they have got definitely different tastes in music,they just spended so much time together coz of being famous popular,for money sake and etc. its of course fake rumour (I wish it was true) but in my opinion Per is kind of person who would not stop creating songs till will be stand on his feet. Really a nice rumour, even if only made up to fool us! I doubt that it’s true but still not impossible. Would be a sweet surprise! Btw. if they were working in Studio Vinden (Marie’s attic) only, that wouldn’t promise big outside activities.

If they decide to record new album, recording in their own studios (Vinden, Djursholm; Vinden2, Marbella) in their houses could be less stressing and almost relaxed. They can record when they want to, no need to keep the studio rent terms, deadlines... And final mix can make only Per, Clarence and Christoffer in some profi studio without Marie’ s presence.

Anyway, I don’t think it’s a problem for Marie to go to some other studios then Vinen. She was in New York recording video to “One Wish” so she can travel. It would be much more easier for her but I don’t like sound of Vinen studio. The voice and all instruments sound always so old-fashion. That’s why I hope that if they really record something - it’s just vocal.
I remember that Marie mentioned a few months ago that she doesn’t plan much ahead, so it might happen really quickly when she decides to record Roxette album. I hope it’s this time...

Jakubek, the OW video was recorded in Sweden. But yes, she does travel. I don’t think the “old-fashioned” sound comes from the Vinden technic. It’s just the typical Bolyos production sound.

because in that case, it wouldn’t matter the studio, of course...it’s all on the hands of the producer.

I basicly ment just a sound - it’s so far from high-quality Roxette recordings from HAND or even RS. Even Marie’s voice sound different. On HAND is pure like crystal, on her production sounds like from attic.
I don’t like Bolyos production either. It sounds usually so simple. Like everyone did ages ago, and her last song from her solo “Balladas” album sounded worse then some karaoke version... Sorry Micke. I just love Roxette - this perfect connection between Marie’s heart and voice and Per’s brain and talent :))
