Wow! That’s cool.... I’d like to know what are the official Russian Releases of Roxette albums. I know they have (apart from pirate copies) licensed and genuine issues, I suppose this is a licensed release....

I wonder if the NTSC version of the bonus DVD is made for the Asian part of Russia....

An NTSC version is a good sign for fans in America at least. Looks like they should be able to get one that works for them.

Can anyone recommend a good shop in Europe that will ship to the US and take PayPal or Mastercard? Someone you have dealt with before? :) Preferably someone taking pre-orders? :) Thanks!

although there is nothing on the page about Roxette, the discography and search don’t show any signs. Well, I am sure they will appear later. Good news anyways. It doesn’t meant that the releases will be cheaper there though.

I love the original DBUGTTC photoshots so this cover I think is great !! A little out of date lol but probably the best strategy and best photoshoot to get people to buy it !!!

Deluxe Hits and The Rox Box. :) That one in Hong Kong looks like the non-Deluxe Hits. Thanks!

Well well, the mid‘90ies foto again... ok. I used to be one of those how didn‘t complain that much in the last days. But now I gotta say: they could‘ve chosen sthg more special for the box.
But - At least there are STARS in the O‘s!!!!

ow im pleased this is the cover piccie, Going on the one wish cover it could have been ALOT worse lol. the DBUGTTC was iconic of the roxette image i personally think so fits it well in my opinion.

This is unbelievable!!! an very old Picture for a new Rox-Box.

i don´t like this Picture. A new Picture was better.

@rox-kuryliw:
When it‘s about music and style the nienties in my opinion were quite colourless, and even if this is not the case with Roxette this foto reminds me of these boring days. In my opinion Roxette has always looked good in comparison to what was up-to-date at the time, and they still do (even if the OW pic is an unhappy choice) look very good right now. So I would have prefered a current-affair artwork, but - hey, and the end of the day it‘s not that important. Could‘ve been worse, though, you‘re right ;-)

I LOVE that pic, beside this article!

Wow, that would be a brilliant cover!!!

Smiling Marie....(-;

@Sille-rox: Why don’t you like it?? I think it’s ’better’ than our new “single cover” *g*

The sleeve is OK.

Wow!!
Great picture!!Finally a well known picture on the box,that’s ok for the normal people who remember Roxette in that way,when they’ve still got a little of success! A GOOD STRATEGY!!

Log in to reply

although the picture is known it looks really great and good!.

Log in to reply

ok.—no new songs, or old ones unheard, but...no new pic? please!....

Log in to reply

It´s the perfect pic for the Rox Box!!!

Hmm, it kind of depends on the packaging. You cant tell a lot from seeing only the picture what the box will look like. Its a nice picture, and i dont suppose they need a new picture for a retrospective collection. I would rather they used this than the tacky ’One Wish’ sleeve anyway.
Still wont buy it though

Sneaky gits! LOL at the SP ref!

I doubt anyone remembers this anymore, but back when “Have A Nice Day” came out, I was perhaps the most vocal critic of that poorly-designed cover and packaging. It STILL boggles my mind how that designer was able to “sell” that concept to Rox and EMI. What WERE they thinking?!? To me, it cheapened the whole album. I know, some people thought it was great. Go figure.

Anyway... I LOVE this this packaging! The photographer for THAT photo shoot was brilliant, and the whole design speaks of class and substance. Bravo to all involved! This would INDEED look good sitting out on someone’s coffee table. Just don’t actually drink coffee anywhere near it! ;-)

The foto for the RoxBox is OK - no more but no less either.

I couldn’t find anything as to the release date on the site given. Latest news concerning Roxette are dated 14.02.2006! Hm.

Lars-Erik: According to the Do You Want Fries With That website, Dimberg drugged them and that’s how they agreed to the cover ;)

In another thread it is said that the box will cost about 75 Euros. Don’t you think that is way too much for this particular box that hardly provides us any new stuff? I sure think so!

Log in to reply

Well, they surely cannot achieve a price like that in countries with a lesser income. So I’m almost sure that the material will be cheaper in many countries on various continents.
