Does anyone know if there is a link where we can listen to this version? Has anyone heard it yet? Is it any good?

Thanks for that, had just found it as well and was going to post it until I saw that you have posted it already. ;-)
Well, it is different to the other remixes we had last year. I prefered the mixes of last year as they included Marie’s voice and Marie’s voice is just so much more powerful and she can really deliver the song. Interesting to hear Fading like a flower with an orientic style to it though..

I heard Discoblaster’s Fading one month ago on Lithuanian radio stations. It seems now it disappeared from playlists. It’s a very strange cover. The first time I heard it, I was like “Hej, what’s going on!!!”

I’ve heard their cover on St:Petersburg’s 105.3 FM Love radio......... Now I know they are from Germany! %))

Stefan: Did you use the “Submit Article” function? (sorry, I don’t have the time right now to look). It’s easy for this editor at least to miss potential news items when they are embedded in comments or SmallTalk threads.

Lars: nope, no article was submitted regarding this “Fading” cover..

What a coincidence! I was listening to Fading Like a Flower when I saw this. It’s definitely one of Roxette’s many masterpieces.

It’s quite interesting... like that they kept a bit of the orginal Jonas guitar work.

Great news! It always made me happy to know that some band/artist out there like some Roxette’s songs and even did the cover version.

I’m already sick of “Fading”. I’m not sure I still love the song performed by Roxette.
But these girls are very nice to me =).

it sounds like a cheap, very badly produced rip-off version of the Dancing DJs remixes... and at least then they were using authentic Roxette samples. no-one can do Roxette tracks better than Marie.. it just sounds cheap if it’s not Marie’s voice.. like someone in a Karaoke bar. they shouldnt bother trying. i’d like to see more remixes like the Dancing DJs mixes.. those are top quality. they should sample Listen To Your Heart and create new mixes similar to the DHT but with Marie’s vocal. would be awesome.
