HALMSTAD -
Per turns 45 today. We know that normally the 30th, 40th, 50th, 60th … anniversaries are the ones that get special attention, but since 2003 has been such a great, special, amazing year for The Man, we just thought he deserved some special attention, and also remember other special moments in Per’s life.

March 28, 1989 “The Look” goes #1 on Billboard and breaks Roxette worldwide.
1993 Roxette plays MTV Unplugged at Cirkus in Stockholm.
August 21, 1993 Per marries Åsa.
1996 Gyllene Tider reunites for Scandinavia’s biggest tour ever.
1997 Per’s first solo album in English, “The World According To…” is released.
August 5, 1997 Per and Åsa’s son, Screamin’ Lord G (Gabriel) is born.

Grattis, Per!!
I hope it’s not too bad turning 45... I have to get used to the fact that I do it as well in 17 years :)
And I hope you will make a lot of great albums with you as Solo-artist, Gyllene and of course with ROX to decorate my way to the 45 a bit!!!!!
Cheers, my hero!!!!!

I was just looking for Marie’s special 45th anniversary article - but couldn’t find it. ;-P I guess, HER 2003 was even better than his..
Anyway:
Happy Birthday, Per, thanx for 2003. We’re looking forward to a great summer!

Are you reading these posts anyway, Mr. G?
I guess there is no more than 2 or maybe 3% possibility to do it.
But anyway, we really feel great to say a “happy birthday” to you...It’s kind of psychoterapeutic gesture that everyone here enjoy even if no one really believes that you are going to read more than 10 greetings. Not to mention those who are sent to you by mail.
...But you know we think you’re the best. And everyone around you knows it. So, it’s a plesure to greet you now, when you’re soooo middle aged!!! Time for the so commun “45-year-old-man-crisis”? Noo waayyy. Time for joy. You achieved everything.
Max.
