Marie is going to have a summer tour after all. Thanks to the pressure from the fans, she has decided to do a major 18-concert tour through the whole Sweden.

Marie's compilation album has sold 120000 copies in very short time. "I'm totally overwhelmed with the reception of this album. It was suddenly very clear that I had to try to get a tour going. To be on stage and sing my Swedish material in Swedish summer is something I don't want to miss", Marie says in an interview in Metro.

Aftonbladet writes that "Marie is a real rock bride" as she takes her husband and children with her on the tour. "I want [the children] to know what it is I'm doing", Marie says in Aftonbladet. But when things get too hectic, they will stay in Stockholm with a babysitter.

Patrik Isaksson, young Swedish singer who duets with Marie on "Det som var nu", has his own summer tour, but according to Marie it's not impossible that he'd join Marie on stage this summer.

Marie had her previous solo tour in 1992.
