Per Gessle sued – more info

The Swedish news papers have written a lot about Per Gessle being sued. Well, actually it isn't Per himself who is sued, but Hotel Tylösand which he owns.
Here's a bit more information on the case. Tylöhus art gallery had rented a room near the hotel entrance for every summer since 1954, but two years ago they didn't get that room anymore. They were told that the hotel needs the room for a new office. However, the room was never turned into an office as Per started his own gallery there. Tylöhus got another room in the hotel, but it wasn't as good as the old one, so the gallery sued the hotel. Hallandposten's Swedish article | Metro's Swedish article
