According to the Finnish newspaper Ilta-Sanomat Per pays the second most taxes of all the Swedish citizens. The first place is held by the owner of the clothes shop chain H&M. Per says that he's not going to move abroad because he thinks that "if you earn a lot, you have to pay a lot of taxes".
